An opportunity to kind of hit the reset button in the middle of the week. And we're in the midst of a great theme, which is happiness, which is a wonderful way to go through life. If you're happy, if you have true happiness. And this is an opportunity just to kind of lean into that a little bit, reflect on that, and also a chance to just think about the happiness in your own life. This show, Good Thinking, makes me happy. And it would also make me very, very happy. Shout out to listeners, if any and everyone could just give us a five-star rating on Apple Podcast.
