Just curious. Welcome to Just Curious Media. This is Good Thinking, and I'm Jason Connell. So I'm back for another weekly reflection episode. And let's reflect back a few days ago when all of a sudden we dropped a midweek reset. Yes, wasn't that nice? That was something I've been wanting to do. And now there it is. It's a way to break up the week. You're still getting an affirmation. And now we have brand new affirmations coming out Monday through Saturday. And then Sunday is still the re-released encore screening from the library. So a lot of new stuff is happening. I'm super excited. I really enjoyed last week's theme of trusting yourself. And it's a theme that I could have stuck with for months on end. But because there are so many themes we want to cover here, we're going to pivot to a new one. And that is clarity. Clarity is a big one. You know, when you finally have clarity in life over a big decision or just what something meant to you, clarity is just that essential to one's happiness. And so here are five takeaways about clarity and the power of clarity. Number one, clarity grows when space is created. Reducing noise, both mental and physical, allows important thoughts and priorities to surface more easily. Yes, reducing the noise, air quotes. This is essential for your thoughts to become more clear. You have to really dissect what's important and push the other stuff to the side. It will help you both mentally and physically. Number two, clarity reveals what truly matters. When distractions fade, values and priorities become easier to recognize and follow. And again, noise, distractions. Let that fade. You'll then see what's essential to you. What do you hold most sacred? What are your values and priorities? And focus on them. And listen, I'm not preaching at you, I'm just sharing these, okay? We've all dealt with times in our life that there is not enough clarity or any clarity at all. So I have learned over time, and unfortunately, some of these lessons take time, to get to a happier place, not to be led by your emotions, but rather to guide your emotions. Number three, clarity often appears through stillness. Answers rarely come from forcing decisions. Stepping back and allowing the mind to settle often brings understanding. Absolutely. We may think about something on a loop, but you really have to take a break, let your emotions settle, bring logic into play, and think about it again from a different perspective. And that will bring clarity. And it might not happen in one night or even two. It can take time for bigger life decisions to come into focus. And so give yourself that time. You deserve it, and those decisions deserve it. Number four, clarity supports confident decisions. Seeing situations more clearly reduces hesitation and makes the next step easier to take. Exactly. So again, don't rush into these things. You may want a certain outcome and rush to that outcome, but you probably have not given it the time it deserves. And you probably don't have clarity, full clarity, complete clarity to whatever that is. But when you do and you truly believe it with all of your being, it makes the next step easy. Oh, yeah, that seems very logical now, but you had to go through that process. And number five, clarity strengthens direction and purpose. When the path becomes clearer, energy naturally shifts towards meaningful action. Right? The moment you have clarity, everything kind of opens up. And that is the direction. And your energies align, and you're no longer spending the wrong energy on considering if you did the right thing or not. So coming to that point, having clarity on whatever you're focused on will eventually make every step forward easier. So those are just five takeaways. I hope they're useful. And I really hope that you listen to this and then transition into the upcoming positive affirmation episodes that deal with clarity. And beyond that, I know I mentioned on the midweek reset that we're now on a lot of the social media platforms, which I was hesitant to do, but now I'm doing it. So I hope you check those out.
