Just curious. Welcome to Just Curious Media. This is Good Thinking, and I'm Jason Connell. So this is the first time I'm here doing a midweek reset. I like that name. It may just stick. But I didn't want to wait until Saturday, the weekly reflection, because a lot has been happening. And you can already tell this month, March, because we've added more affirmations on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I mean, this show started with every other day being an affirmation. So now we have content coming out every day. But I wanted to round it out and offer affirmations every day. So moving forward, we're going to have affirmations coming out on Saturday as well. We will still have the weekly reflection, but it'll just come later in the day. So it'll be like a two-pack. Kind of like now. Wednesday may just become this midweek reset. An opportunity to share with everyone anything that's happening rather than just holding it. And also, historically, this is middle of the week, hump day, and a chance to take a moment and just pause, breathe, and reset. And honestly, from practicing hot yoga, and I'll get into my practice in future episodes, but I'm quite committed once I found it. And I found it in November of 2024. And it kind of changed my life. And again, I'll unpack more of that later, but there's such a discipline to that. There's the meditative side, and then there's the physical side where you're pushing yourself in a hot environment to places that your mind's trying to like say, hey, what's going on here? And then it becomes routine because your body responds to it. But you have to breathe. It's all about the breathing and the focus. And this is that opportunity. I mean, every day is an opportunity, but it's nice to have a midweek reset. And so, in addition to the affirmation coming out on Saturday, we just literally launched social media across various platforms, and among them Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. And so please check us out on there. We're going to put the links in all of the episodes in the show notes. But the handle is goodthinking. It was going to be goodthinking podcast, but I've always seen goodthinking as more than a podcast, more like a movement, a mindset, a lifestyle. So the website is not up yet. It is in development. But we went ahead and locked down those handles. So check us out, goodthinking. So we're bringing them to life in a different way. So really exciting times. And the engagement has been amazing. It really has. We just crossed over the two-year mark, and maybe that's what it takes to kind of go to the next tier.
